Return Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase from Signboard Systems. However if you wish to return or replace a product, then please carefully read the information below before sending back your item.

If, within 30 days you wish to return a product that is not faulty, we will accept it back, providing that it is undamaged in any way, and in perfect and re-salable condition. You will have to pay the return postage and we will deduct a £5.00 re-packaging and re-stocking fee. We will not refund the original delivery charge.

If the product is faulty, or unsatisfactory, for any reason that we are responsible for, we will also refund the delivery charge and arrange for the item to be collected or compensate you for the postage cost incurred returning the item.

In either event, please telphone 01507 338662 to ask  for advice before you return items. If you are retuning faulty goods you are entitled to a refund or a replacement item. Please advise which you would prefer.

Please ensure that goods are packaged securely, preferably in the original packaging, and include all of the original parts.

Please make sure that you obtain and retain a 'proof of posting' certificate from the post office. This is to protect you in the event that your goods are lost in transit. We remind you that they remain your responsibility until they reach us.

Please make sure you include your details; name, address, telephone number or e-mail address and if possible any relevant invoice or transaction numbers.
